With 18 years of experience, my journey as a chef has been shaped by a love for travel, discovery, and incredible flavors. Cooking in both fine dining and casual kitchens has refined my techniques, while exploring different cultures has deepened my appreciation for ingredients.
Portugal holds a special place in my heart—its rich honey, juicy Algarve oranges, flavorful chorizo, and sun-ripened tomatoes are simply unmatched. The combination of fertile soil, ocean air, and time-honored traditions makes every dish come alive.
